This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a broad range of communications activities in the charity sector and help us make a difference to patients in London. The internship will provide exposure to several key areas including PR, marketing, internal communications and reporting and will require working alongside the grants, fundraising and art teams within the charity.
This is a chance for an enthusiastic team player who is creative and wants to gain a broad range of communications experience in the third sector to join a small team of dedicated staff who are determined to make a difference in patients’ lives. The role will be challenging at times but rewarding, varying from day to day but offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and engage with a variety of audiences.
Hours: 35 hours a week, for up to six months.
Location: Charity Office, Ground Floor, Clarence Memorial Wing, St Mary’s Hospital, Praed Street, London, W2 1NY
Accountable to: Communications Manager
Expenses: This is an unpaid internship, but the charity will reimburse travel within greater London and lunch expenses.
