Positive Post is our first arts engagement postal project, sending a pack of four uplifting postcards to thousands of shielding patients across the Trust.
Initiated by renal support worker Michelle Delon, the project aims to reach out to patients particularly effected by Covid-19. Created in collaboration with illustrator Erin Aniker, the postcards feature supportive messages and activities to boost our wellbeing, including: a note of support from staff, an invitation to colour in the card and send it back to the unit with a positive message, guided meditations and a check-list of positive actions we can all do to lift our mood.
