Charity appoints Hayley Pannick as Director of Development
16 October 2018
Hayley brings a wealth of experience in the charity sector, having spent four years as Head of Philanthropy at the Alzheimer’s Society. She also managed philanthropy and corporate fundraising teams at The Prince’s Trust after beginning her career in corporate finance at Ernst & Young.
During an impressive career, Hayley’s major achievements have included leading on philanthropic fundraising for the Dementia Research Institute, in conjunction with Alzheimer’s Research UK, and providing strategic oversight to the Alzheimer’s Society’s mid-value fundraising stream.
In her new role Hayley will develop and implement the charity’s fundraising strategy, delivering a series of major appeals, overseeing community fundraising initiatives and building links with corporate supporters.
Commenting on her appointment, Hayley said: “I’m absolutely delighted to join Imperial Health Charity as Director of Development and look forward to building on the team’s great work supporting patients, staff and visitors across the hospitals.
“Opportunities such as this year’s NHS 70th anniversary celebrations, as well as our major appeals and flagship community events, give the charity a fantastic platform to build, support and deliver even more for the Trust.”
Hayley takes over the role from Amerjit Chohan, who recently joined St George’s Hospital Charity as Chief Executive.
Ian Lush, Chief Executive of Imperial Health Charity, said: “Hayley has a superb track record in the charity sector and has demonstrated real enthusiasm for this exciting new challenge. I’m very pleased to welcome her to the team and look forward to working with her.”
