Charity release crafty art pack to aid wellbeing
Imperial Health Charity has produced a handy art and wellbeing guide to support those at home during the coronavirus outbreak.

We believe creativity is key to our health and wellbeing. For many affected by the virus the focus on personal wellbeing has never been so relevant.

To support our NHS colleagues, their patients, and individuals at home, we’re switching to virtual and online ways of promoting the health and wellbeing benefits of art and culture. Our first booklet is packed full of creative ideas, to encourage, inspire and support you at this time.

We hope to create further booklets over the coming weeks, with more ideas on how to support your wellbeing at home.

“There’s masses of evidence to show that engaging with creative and cultural activities aids wellbeing and relieves stress,” said Lucy Zacaria, Head of Arts at the charity.

“We want to help and support our patients, staff and local community by bringing you the best of what’s on offer and some top tips for down-time on a regular basis. “Enjoy our first booklet and stay safe!”
