Collecting donations at a funeral or memorial service in memory of your loved one.
Asking for donations instead of flowers is a thoughtful way to honour your loved one’s memory and support a cause that mattered to them.
People choose a way to collect funeral donations that works for them. This includes collecting donations in person at the funeral using donation envelopes, or using an online platform such as JustGiving or MuchLoved, which many people find easy to use and share with family and friends.
One way we can help is to create a QR code that can be printed onto the Order of Service which, once scanned with a mobile phone, will take visitors directly to your fundraising or tribute page to leave a message or make a donation.
We have lots more information about fundraising on our fundraising FAQ.

Grace (pictured above) set up JustGiving fundraising page for the funeral collection when she sadly lost her sister. She told us:
"We so loved and appreciated the flowers, food and cards from family, friends and colleagues when my sister sadly passed away. When it came to the celebration of her life, setting up an online fundraising page meant that we were able to reach loved ones near and far.
"Once again, we were touched by people's kind messages, offers of support and generosity. It has been incredibly comforting to know that the donations made by those closest to my sister have helped others access specialist care."
You are welcome to use whichever method works best for you. We can provide donation envelopes, collection tins, or simply give you some advice if you need help setting things up.
