We have teamed up with the National Free Wills Network to offer a free Will writing scheme. The scheme offers people over the age of 55 the opportunity to have a simple Will written or updated free of charge by one of their participating solicitors local to you.
There are a limited number of Wills that can be written each year so this offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Imperial Health Charity will pay a discounted rate for a simple individual or mirror Will. If the Will is not a simple Will, you will be charged for any necessary additional work such as tax advice, discretionary trusts or lasting power of attorney.
How do I apply?

What happens next?
- We will pass your details to our partner, The National Free Wills Network, and they will send you a pack detailing local participating solicitors. Once the Network have received your data they will only use it for the purposes of sending your requested information pack. The pack will include a confidential declaration form that you will need to bring to your appointment.
- You select a solicitor and contact them directly to make an appointment, ensuring you mention the National Free Wills Network.
- You have your appointment with your chosen solicitor. Your Will is written according to your instructions and you complete the confidential declaration form.
