This iconic race will see its runners tackle a 26.2 mile course around some of London's most iconic landmarks. This bucket list event is one of our most popular events, with our Imperial Health Charity runners supporting their hospital and department of choice.

Applications are now open and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. Once you have applied, a member of our team will be in touch to let you know whether you have been offered a place. Applications will close once all charity places have been filled.
We will allocate our charity places once the London Marathon ballot results have been announced. The ballot announcement date is yet to be confirmed by the organisers but is expected to be in early July. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application after the ballot results have been released.
Please note that runners who successfully receive a charity place will be required to pay a £100 non-refundable registration fee and commit to raising a minimum of £2,000 in sponsorship.
Own place
The TCS London Marathon will open on open at 09:00 BST on Friday 24 April 2026 and close at 16:00 BST on Friday 1 May 2026. If you were successful in getting your own ballot place, we would be thrilled if you were to fundraise and run for us. You won’t have a minimum amount to raise and you can decide what you want your fundraising target to be. The funds you raise can go towards the hospital, ward or department of your choice.
