This iconic race will see its runners tackle a 26.2 mile course around some of London's most iconic landmarks. This bucket list event is one of our most popular events, with our Imperial Health Charity runners supporting their hospital and department of choice.
Charity place
Thank you for your interest in running for Imperial Health Charity. The application process is now open for 2026! If you would like to apply for one of our 2026 London Marathon charity places, please click on the link below. The deadline for applications will close midday, Friday 22 August 2025. You will be notified of the result by Friday 29 August 2025. Please note, there will be a £100 non-refundable registration fee and £2,000 minimum fundraising target for those who successfully receive a charity place.
Own place
The TCS London Marathon ballot is now live until Friday 2nd May 2025. You can find the ballot link here. If you are succsessful in getting your own ballot place, we would be thrilled if you were to fundraise and run for us. You won’t have a minimum amount to raise and you can decide what you want your fundraising target to be. The funds you raise can go towards the hospital, ward or department of your choice.
